We recommend that all campers wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, shorts, or any type of athletic wear. Campers must wear tennis shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). Parents will be notified prior to days in which we may get a little messy or have a field trip that will require different attire.

Campers must wear closed toe shoes anytime they are attending the Climbing Wall during camp. These activities will typically take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (schedule may change, please review before dropping off your camper).

Can I sign up my five year old?

Campers must be between the ages of 6-14 to attend any of the camp sessions. Sports Camp is for 8-14 year olds, Rec Camp is for 6-14 year olds, and Adventure Camp is for 10-13 year olds.

Will my child have adequate supervision throughout the day? What certifications do the staff members have?

Safety is our #1 priority! Our campers get the care they deserve with our 8-to-1 camper-to-staff ratio. The staff members are all trained in American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid, Sexual Assault Training, COVD-19 policies and procedures and a background check will be completed.

Where will pick-up an drop-off be for the camp?

All parents/guardians and authorized people to pick-up your camper are required to come into the facility to check them out with the camp counselors. Monday-Thursday, pick-up will be at the Fieldhouse. On Friday, you will pick them up from the HPER Class room during Movie Time.

I paid the deposit for my child to attend a session. If I decide that I don’t want that session, can I apply this deposit to a different session?

Session deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Can I pick up my camper early from camp?

Yes. However, the staff cannot escort individual campers from scheduled events to meet those picking them up. Parents must make prior arrangements to pick up their child at the scheduled location.

Where do campers eat lunch?

Campers will eat at various locations throughout the week. On Monday - Thursday, campers will bring their lunches and eat at the Fieldhouse or the Aggie Legacy Fields. Friday is our pizza party day. We will provide pizza for all campers.

Is it okay for my child to bring personal items such as a portable video game system, cell phone, playing cards, jewelry, etc.?

We ask that all campers do NOT bring any valuable or personal items with them to camp. These items could get lost or broken during daily camp activities.

Are campers separated into groups based on age?

While some activities may require campers to be put into their age group, the majority of our activities allow campers to participate together.

Will my child need to know how to swim or need a life jacket for pool time?

At the beginning of the first pool day, each camper will go through a swim test with the lifeguards to see which campers can pass the swim test and which ones will require a life jacket. If you know your child will need the life jacket, please make sure they pack their own to wear.
